Body detox timetable

There are five organs in our body that handle disposition of body waste or to do body cleanse or detox: skin, colon, lungs, kidneys, and liver.  In additional, there are two other systems that help to detoxify our body: the circulatory and lymphatic systems.  Knowing the "working time" schedule of these systems and organs, coupled with proper detox diet, can help you get more with less in your effort on detoxification. 

Note:  Spleen and gallbladder are subsidiary organs of liver.  They act as filter to rid of contaminated or toxic fluid from blood formed in the liver. 

 

 

23:00 – 01:00 This is the time gallbladder in detox phase.  To optimize its function, you need to be in the deep sleep stage under sleeping cycle.
01:00 – 03:00 This is the time liver in detox phase.  You also need to be in the deep sleep stage to optimize this activity.  For those working night shift, it is particularly important to make sure you get at least one night to have early sleep in order not to miss this.
03:00 – 05:00  This is the time lungs in detox phase.  Most people with lungs problem will experience cough during this time more.  The best detox way for lungs is still via exercise and it is best to exercise after sunrise (varies in accordance to geographical location), when the oxygen level is more. 
05:00 – 07:00 This is the time colons cleanse the waste and it is good to have bowel movement at this time.  Best to do it before 07:00.
07:00 – 09:00 Time for stomach to burn off calories to provide energy for entire day.  Thus, breakfast has to be done by 07:30.  If you miss the breakfast and bowel movement, small intestine will absorb "waste" from large intestine – bad for your health.
09:00 – 11:00 Time fo spleen to detox and you want to avoid cold and icy drinks during this time as it harms your spleen the worst and affects growth or development and fertility.
11:00 – 13:00 This is peak working hour for heart and thus this is time we ought to have highest energy level with faster heart beat.
13:00 – 15:00 This is the time small intestines absorb nutrients.  After this time, stomach function drops.
15:00 – 17:00 This is the time bladder in detox phase.  This is the ideal time to hit the gym and exercise as it helps bladder in cleansing off toxins from body via urine.
17:00 – 19:00 This is the time kidneys in detox phase.  This is also ideal time to hit the gym and exercise as it helps kidneys in in cleansing off toxins from body.
19:00 – 21:00 Peak time for blood circulation and this is the moment blood pressure goes up.  Should stay resting at home.
21:00 – 23:00 This is the time for human immune system to rest and detox, it also is most important time for female's endocrine system.  Try to relax and rest more.  Listening to music and taking a nice bath and shower can be good activities.
