Unhealthy lifestyle
Staying up all night and insufficient sleep will form free radicals that is going to worsen skin aging. In addition, if your daily activities involve consumption of alcohol and cigarette, it will fasten free radicals formation.
Inappropriate exercise
Excessive and exagerated exercise will also form free radicals that cause skin aging.
Inappropriate skin cleansing method
Do not remove makeup, or insuffucient cleansing after makeup, or using too warm or hot water to rinse skin will fasten skin aging.
